The Days Before the Launch

The final touches, team training, menu tastings, late-night setup sessions, and yes—even a few unexpected challenges. Just a day before the launch, heavy rain brought down a tree outside the café. While it looked chaotic, our biggest concern was simple:

“Is the coffee machine okay?”

Thankfully, it was. Those last few days reminded us that behind every smooth opening is a team working tirelessly to make every guest’s experience memorable.

Before opening our doors, we began with a traditional Pooja, seeking blessings for this new journey. It was a quiet moment before the excitement—a reminder that every new beginning deserves gratitude. With our team gathered together, we prayed not just for success, but for countless happy memories to be created within these walls.

The wait was finally over.As the doors opened, guests started walking in, coffee machines came to life, conversations filled the café, and Hideout Kankarbagh officially became part of the community.
