We Built a Hideout, Not a Chain.
Cafe Hideout began with a question — why does great Indian coffee feel like a secret? We set out to make it public, intimate, and unapologetically ours.

The Roots
South India has been brewing the world's most underrated cup for centuries. We grew up on that cup — strong, foam-crowned, served by hands we trusted. Cafe Hideout is our love letter to it.
The Beans
We work directly with estates in Chikmagaluru and Coorg. Small-lot, hand-picked, traceable. Roasted in batches small enough to remember each one.
The Hideout
Every space is designed to slow you down. Warm wood. Soft light. A bench you'll want to come back to. Coffee that earns the wait.
Every cup has a mood. Every visit has a feeling.
The Cup
We obsess over every drink. Wide variety, zero compromise.
The Space
A hideout isn't just a place. It's a feeling of belonging you carry with you.
The People
Every person who walks in matters. We build spaces where everyone feels at home.

"I didn't build a cafe. I built a hideout — for everyone who needed a me-time."
Long before the first cup was pulled, there was an itch — the kind only a year of bad airport espressos can give you. Why couldn't a homegrown Indian cafe feel as composed as the best in Lisbon, Melbourne, or Seoul? Why did warmth and craft feel like opposite ends?
Cafe Hideout is the answer. International discipline behind the bar; Indian warmth at the table. Beans grown on hills we've walked. Recipes refined for months. A staff trained to greet you like family — and remember your order by the third visit.
We're building toward a Hideout in every city we love — and one in every terminal of every airport we transit through. Slow growth, opinionated decisions, the same cup every single time.

The Hideout wouldn't exist without them.
